Exchange and refund policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products (shapers/corsets), which are directly related to public health and personal hygiene standards, we enforce a strict and clear policy to ensure the quality and safety of all products delivered to our customers:

1. Return Conditions

  • We do not allow returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
  • Exceptions are allowed only in the following cases:
    • The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (must be reported within 24 hours).
    • The wrong product is delivered (e.g., completely different size or color).

In all cases, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging and in absolutely new condition.
  • Not used, opened, or tried on in any way.
  • Accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

2. Exchange Process (In Case of Defect)

  • Contact Customer Service within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt.
  • We will arrange to collect and inspect the defective or incorrect product.
  • After confirming the issue, a replacement will be shipped free of charge or a refund will be processed.
