Return Process

• Within Kuwait: After your return request is approved, we will send a driver to collect the item.

• Outside Kuwait: If approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Fees

If the return is due to a change of mind and there is no defect or issue with the product, a return fee may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

• Refund is issued after product inspection
