Refund policy
We comply with the Consumer Protection Law in the State of Kuwait, which allows customers to request a return within 24 hours for underwear items as an exception, and within 14 days for all other products from the date of receipt.

Return Process

Within Kuwait: After your return request is approved, we will send a driver to collect the item.

Outside Kuwait: If approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Fees
If the return is due to a change of mind and there is no defect or issue with the product, a return fee may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
