1. Delivery Coverage

  • Kuwait: Fast local delivery within 24 hours.

  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): Shipped via DHL with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Fees

  • GCC countries: Fixed fee of 4.750 KWD.

  • Within Kuwait: 2 KWD for inner areas and 4 KWD for outer areas.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number, which you can use to track your order directly on the courier’s website.
